What if there is bad weather during my activity?
Each activity has different policies regarding weather closures. Any closure due to weather will be decided by the vendor providing the activity.
May activities such as walking tours & marine parks will operate rain or shine. It is always best to contact the vendor directly at the number provided on your voucher should you be concerned about the weather to see what options they have available to you. Decisions regarding reschedule requests when a tour has not been cancelled will be made by the vendor.
If the vendor decides to cancel the activity they will reach out to you to see if you would like to postpone for a later time/date or if you would like to just cancel and get your money refunded to you. Should you choose to cancel it is best that you contact our customer service team to inform us of this so we can get your refund approved and processed in a timely manner.
