How do I cancel my reservation?
You will first need to let TripShock! know that you are going to cancel via phone, email or LiveChat. Depending on the cancellation policy you may or may not be elligible for a refund. The cancellation policy can be found in your email after booking or on the website before adding your tickets to the shopping cart. Based on this policy our helpful agents will be happy to assist you with cancelling your reservation and issuing any refunds that are due to you.
